Fine Art- Objects
This section of fine art really opened my eyes to the specialist area. Before I didn't really know what the area included. I enjoyed the first day of the taster because it was fun to be creative with the props and t-shirts.
When we had the props we had to go to an area in the college and explore with them taking pictures, we did this by using the concept of contact. The first picture shows a balance on the flat body which involved keeping still and holding the knees and feet together
The second and third picture are using pressure to keep them in place, I used a part of my body and lent on them so that the contact between me, the prop and the wall wasn't broken.

Fine art and Craft Comparison
Craft is something that has been created for use and has a function.
E.g the sock monkey is created to be loved.
Fine art is created to be something to be looked at and enjoyed with no function.
E.g The Clay figure has been created for gallery use.
